Professional experience : I am a passionate research associate working in agricultural sector, specialized in plant genetics and breeding. My focus is on improving crop traits through advanced breeding techniques. So far, I have contributed to several EU-funded projects including CARINA, Midas, Cropinno, ECPGR-funded project EUBRASWILD, and COST action PlantEd. These projects have provided opportunities to collaborate with academic and industry partners to unlock the potential of oilseed crops like rapeseed, Camelina sativa, Brassica carinata, and wild Brassicas. I strive to ensure timely delivery of project reports in order to complete our specific goals. My experience ranges from conceptualizing project proposals to publishing scientific papers in high-impact journals. I am also proud member of the Center of Excellence for Innovations in Breeding of Climate Resilient Crops ``Climate Crops``. In addition to my research efforts in developing stress-tolerant crop genotypes, I act as social media manager for the center. That includes mostly actions such as creating content for social media, monitoring analytics, scheduling posts, planning content, and engaging with audience.
